Orrin Klopper is the CEO of Netsurit, which he co-founded 24 years ago during the lead-up to Y2K. At the time, organizations were being ripped off by IT companies and paying a fortune for technology they did not need. Orrin and his partners saw an opportunity to provide managed outsourced services for companies and differentiate themselves by being honest, ethical and fair. He is always innovating for new ways of work. His people-focused leadership leads his team’s incredible, aspirational culture and their dream program. He is a passionate Microsoft Partner and committed to serve both employees and clients by nurturing and realizing their dreams. In addition to his role leading Netsurit, He is active in the Young Presidents’ Association (YPO) and the Entreprenuers’ Organization and earned a masters diploma in Entrepreneurship from the M.I.T. Sloan School of Management. Once Orrin had dinner with Billie Jean King. Already in her 70s and she had the most amazing positive energy. Orrin attended 9 schools as a kid. Only got expelled from 3. So 6 out of 9 is not a bad result. Outside of work, he enjoys swimming, traveling, drinking wine and hanging out with his little Lulu. He is also involved in a public education trust.”
Louwki Coetsee

Louwki’s entire career has been devoted to serving companies’ technical needs. After earning his Master Network Engineer qualification, he became a technical trainer for Torque-IT, and shortly after this, he was promoted to Technical manager. Louwki then joined Tronic Trade Technology Holdings and served as Technical Manager. He then spent over a decade at Netsurit starting as a Senior Technical Consultant. He worked his way up to Head of Support at Netsurit and was part of the executive committee. Following a 3-year stint at Dimension Data as a Service Improvement & Enablement Manager and part of the GSC Management team, he re-joined the Netsurit team in 2017 to help grow the US business. Louwki enjoys playing Ice-hockey and spending summer weekends on the boat. He also loves spending time with his wife, Yolandie, and son, Logan.”
Andre Keartland

Andre Keartland is the Solutions Architect in the Inobits Consulting Division of Netsurit He has been working professionally in the IT industry for almost 30 years, during which time he has performed almost every imaginable IT job description. Since 2000 he has been a consultant and architect at Inobits Consulting, which merged into Netsurit in 2016. There he has participated in or led major projects on five continents. As a solutions architect, his role is to design and implement solutions for enterprise customers. Although he tried very hard to be technology agnostic, he has become recognised as an authority on the Microsoft solution stack. He implemented a wide range of the Microsoft on-premises products and solutions, but in the past decade he has increasingly focused on cloud solutions, including Azure and Microsoft 365, especially in the field of hybrid cloud security. He has frequently done work for Microsoft on several initiatives, including development of technical white papers, training material and exam content. In his spare time, he loves to hike and read non-fiction (especially history).”

Since 1997, Andrew has been the CEO and Managing Partner at EVOKE, an award-winning Digital Transformation company that partners with our clients to build modern workplace solutions for nearly every common organizational and technological challenge imaginable. In 2019, Andrew launched the EVOKE Engage division which focuses on automation and streamlining processes. He joined Netsurit at the beginning of 2022 and this now allows Netsurit to provide their clients with guidance and solutions on using technology to maximize ROI. Andrew also serves on the following boards; Red Cross (Hudson Valley): Board of Directors, People USA: Board of Directors, Pathfinder FC: Board of Advisors. An avid soccer fan and player, Andrew can be found watching or playing soccer when not in the office as well as spending time with his family. Outside of soccer and work, he enjoys creating oil paintings, playing a round of golf or two, and is an aspiring chef.”
