Technology services company Netsurit and niche professional services consultancy Inobits have concluded a deal, with the two companies merging under the Netsurit banner. Their combined skills sets create a business poised to quickly capture new market share, enabling Netsurit to provide a balanced, end-to-end service for their clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Inobits was established in 1999 as a specialised Microsoft consulting and training house. Today, it services enterprise and corporate customers, providing high-value professional services focused on Microsoft products and technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Netsurit, launched in 1998, has been ranked as one of the world\u2019s top 100 Managed Service Providers (MSPs) for the last six years, and offers managed services and outsourcing to clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cInitially, we wanted to grow our customer base by seeking out a partnership with a company that had complementary skills and competencies, but it was clear that a merger would make more sense,\u201d says Hud Krause, founder and MD of Inobits. \u201cNetsurit has expertise in managed services and outsourcing, while we are a high-end Microsoft consulting and development house. Integrating our two businesses combines pipeline, operational and financial synergies, and will pave the way for us to gain greater market share.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With customer demand for Microsoft\u2019s cloud products booming, Netsurit will be leveraging Inobits\u2019 Microsoft skills to sell and deploy cloud solutions, and capitalise on the growing demand for infrastructure and software as a service (SaaS) solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
