Bloem began\nher career as an IT technician. Building and repairing computers and fixing\nsoftware issues all while maintaining her certifications and upskilling her\nabilities, she progressed through the ranks and steadily built a reputation for\nbeing the most certified person in the room. \u201cI was lucky to always have great\nmentors to guide me through rough waters. That, along with my determination and\nperseverance, have afforded me a fantastic opportunity to help shape the future\nof our business.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A Microsoft\nspecialist, Bloem believes that cloud solutions are the future for digital\ntransformation. \u201cCovid-19 has been a forced dress rehearsal for all businesses.\nDigital transformation was a hype word 12 months ago, but we have suddenly seen\nthe critical need for everyone to re-evaluate how they transact with their\ncustomers.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She says Netsurit\nis positioned as leader in the market to assist and guide customers through\ntough transitional times to realise the opportunity that has been forced on every\none of us. \u201cOur Microsoft business is key to enabling this value for our\ncustomers and we will continue to invest heavily to ensure that we are at the\nforefront of new capabilities and that we work with Microsoft to jointly\ndevelop solutions for our customer needs.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
