Depending on the complexity of your infrastructure, systems and the services required, Netsurit will allocate a transition team to facilitate and manage on-boarding your business as a client. An Account Executive will form part of this team and will be dedicated to the success of our engagement. The Account Executive will assist in making sure that all agreed services are delivered, and high levels of service continue after the transition.<\/p><\/div><\/section><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t Once the transition team, managed by the project manager, have executed on their plan and met the defined success criteria, they will hand over to the Netsurit Service Team. The Service Team will officially take over day-to-day operations, maintenance, and delivery. The Account Executive will become your business relationship manager, and will roadmap future steps in our journey together.<\/p> If you need help after regular business hours, we\u2019ll explain how to reach our on-call engineer. While there can be extra costs involved depending on your agreement, you\u2019re covered 24\/7 at Netsurit.<\/p> There are three easy ways to submit a request for help (email, phone and from the Netsurit client portal on each machine). We\u2019ll cover response times and how you can expect to hear back from us.
