The format generally included approximately 45 minutes of structured instruction and demonstrations, followed by approximately 15 minutes for questions and discussion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The program moved learners from Copilot fundamentals through application-specific workflows, prompt engineering, integrated advisory processes and workflow standardisation. But in a wealth-management environment, using AI responsibly is just as important as using it efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The business needed to help its people understand where Copilot could add value and where the boundaries needed to remain clear. Copilot could assist with meeting preparation, summarisation, drafting, document creation, spreadsheet interpretation and communication. It could not replace professional judgment, suitability assessment, compliance review, client-specific recommendations or final approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The enablement program was therefore designed around the realities of advisory work.
