Netsurit believes in helping people less fortunate than ourselves by creating a community that is sympathetic to the needs of others. We take pride in partnering with Afrika Tikkun, an organization which aims to better the lives of children and their families at a grassroots level.
Netsuit has become actively involved in the initiatives which are carried out by Afrika Tikkun and their holistic development model which aims to empower communities to develop new generations of productive citizens.
Netsurit is grateful to be able to support local communities in partnership with Africa Tikkun. Our support continues over multiple campaigns, helps brighten the lives of families and empowers South Africa’s youth to create their own destinies across the country.
The sunflower fund partnered by Dkms’s annual sunflower day campaign was held on Friday, 13 November 2020.
The campaign, which is one of the sunflower fund’s biggest fundraising and awareness raising initiatives, is centered on the sale of a multipurpose accessory called a tube of hope (tope). proceeds from the sales of the product enables the organization to recruit blood stem cell donors offering the hope of cure for patients diagnosed with life-threatening blood diseases like leukemia, sickle cell disease and aplastic anaemia to name a few.
Netsurit Cape town was part of the fundraiser this year and each staff member chose their favorite color and made a purchase at Pick n Pay. The tope was proudly worn knowing that it will bring hope to those in need of a cure.
We would like to challenge Netsurit JHB to do the same next year!!
