A blood donation is a gift money cannot buy and has the potential to save so many lives. The Netsurit team is proud to run and personally donate to blood drives at our Johannesburg offices as often as we are able to.

Operation Smile is a cause very near and dear to our hearts at Netsurit. We’re proud to support such a deserving organisation and are dedicated to assisting them as they deliver smiles to so many children and families.

Woman’s day 2018

In honour of Woman’s Day 2018, Netsurit Johannesburg and Cape Town worked together to collect over 500 second-hand handbags to donate to various charities including St Annes’ home, Saartjie Baartman Centre, Frida Hartley Women’s Shelter and Afrika Tikkun

The sunflower fund partnered by Dkms’s annual sunflower day campaign was held on Friday, 13 November 2020.

The campaign, which is one of the sunflower fund’s biggest fundraising and awareness raising initiatives, is centered on the sale of a multipurpose accessory called a tube of hope (tope). proceeds from the sales of the product enables the organization to recruit blood stem cell donors offering the hope of cure for patients diagnosed with life-threatening blood diseases like leukemia, sickle cell disease and aplastic anaemia to name a few.

Netsurit Cape town was part of the fundraiser this year and each staff member chose their favorite color and made a purchase at Pick n Pay. The tope was proudly worn knowing that it will bring hope to those in need of a cure.

We would like to challenge Netsurit JHB to do the same next year!!

This year the Netsurit CT team decided to join forces with the Blaauwberg nature reserve in partnership with the friends of Blaauwberg conservation area in their beach clean-ups at different locations along the Blaauwberg nature reserve green coast site on the 28 November 2020.

This will now fall part of our CSI calendar as we are unable to do what we most love to do due to Covid, spending time with the kids at Afrika Tikkun while having their Christmas party. We did however made a small donation towards their Christmas gifts this time around.

We had a lot of fun chatting to each other while cleaning our beautiful beach, so we decided to include this outing as a dream connect for November.

This will be become a initiative for Cape town team along with their immediate family and friends to support this worthy cause on a ongoing yearly basis. While it was enjoyable, we will not forget that it is also a time for giving back.
