Client Onboarding
Our client on-boarding programme is designed to ensure you receive the necessary engagement, attention, and energy to start a successful partnership on the right foot. Depending on the complexity of your infrastructure, systems and the services required, Netsurit will allocate a transition team to facilitate and manage on-boarding your business as a client. An Account Executive will form part of this team and will be dedicated to the success of our engagement. The Account Executive will assist in making sure that all agreed services are delivered, and high levels of service continue after the transition.
Phase One
We will assign a dedicated project manager to the transition, who will work with a Netsurit team of skilled specialists to plan the best way forward to transition agreed services. A project plan, including success criteria, roles and responsibilities will be drafted and managed by the project manager, until the completion of the transition.Phase Two
Once the transition team, managed by the project manager, have executed on their plan and met the defined success criteria, they will hand over to the Netsurit Service Team. The Service Team will officially take over day-to-day operations, maintenance, and delivery. The Account Executive will become your business relationship manager, and will roadmap future steps in our journey together.

If you need help after regular business hours, we’ll explain how to reach our on-call engineer. While there can be extra costs involved depending on your agreement, you’re covered 24/7 at Netsurit.
Creating tickets and expected response times
There are three easy ways to submit a request for help (email, phone and from the Netsurit client portal on each machine). We’ll cover response times and how you can expect to hear back from us. We can even provide a “How to Work with Netsurit” cheat sheet to distribute to your staff.
